What do you most look forward to about the work you do?
I am truly excited to have a position that allows me to help improve my clients' quality of life.
What do you most value about the work you do?
I value creating a strong therapeutic alliance with each of my clients. I want to set the precedent that they have my vehement support throughout our time together.
What is something clients might never guess about you?
I love going to concerts at Red Rocks!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a baker and have my own bakery.
I recently graduated with my master’s in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I plan to pursue my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum, at-risk youth, and college students. I am excited to continue broadening my experience while working with a range of new clients. I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is an essential asset to the therapeutic process. In developing a working alliance, I hope to work collaboratively with my clients as we move through the counseling process. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for each session. In my free I enjoy cooking and hiking. I spend as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors in Colorado.
Clinical Specialties
- Although I am still developing my clinical specialties, I love using a person-centered approach as a primary basis when working with clients.
