I am a Licensed Psychologist working in Fort Collins, Colorado. I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University in August 2017. My clinical experience has come from working in a university counseling center, the VA health system, FEMA’s crisis counseling program, and  community mental health centers.

My approach to therapy involves taking an honest, empathic approach to self-discovery and wellness. I specialize in seeing clients who are dealing with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depressed mood, religion/spirituality, and meaning-making.

I believe that people can all benefit from seeking help from therapists. We each have the ability to enrich our lives if we are willing to practice courage and humility by asking for help. I use an empathic and genuine approach to help my clients gain clarity into their struggles as well as build on their strengths.

I grew up in Colorado and received my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Colorado State University. In the course of my education, I have had internships in Knoxville, Tennessee and Denver, Colorado. Outside of the office, you might catch me running on the nearby trails, hiking, playing music, or catching up with friends.
